Klinic Community Health is led by a committed volunteer Board of Directors. They ensure we stay aligned with our mission, budget, and partnerships. Grounded in community values, the Board sets our strategic direction. They make sure our services meet the needs, rights, and voices of the diverse people we serve.

Kerri-Irvin Ross, Chairperson
Kerri Irvin-Ross is a dedicated community leader with a long history of supporting families, youth, and vulnerable populations across Manitoba. She is committed to supporting accessible, trauma-informed, and inclusive health and wellness services through her role on the Klinic Board for all Manitobans.
Heather Block, Interim Vice-Chairperson
Heather Block has been with United Way Winnipeg for fifteen years where she is currently the Director of Huddle Integrated Youth Services Initiative. Bringing a long-term connection to Klinic both personally and professionally, she is excited to be a part of Klinic’s continuing presence in the community.
Dr. Rafiq Andani, Interim Secretary-Treasurer
Dr Rafiq Andani is a family physician with broad clinical expertise. He is committed to community-based healthcare and honoured to support Klinic’s vital role in Manitoba.
