Klinic is putting out a call for developing a new organizational policy for Anti-Oppression, revising our existing policies, and creating a procedure for Culturally Safer Care for Indigenous peoples, specifically related to providing crisis supports in Klinic’s Crisis Room. Just like the communities we serve, Klinic is always growing and changing to make sure we can deliver care in a way that’s right for you. This means recognizing how our organization, even with the best of intentions, still causes harm and contributes to colonization in health care—and doing something about it. Do you or your organization have expertise in organizational policy development and cultural safety frameworks, especially for organizations that provide primary and mental health care? Submissions for proposals are now open until February 14, 2025. You can view the full RFP below: We look forward to receiving your proposal. Thank you for your interest in partnering with Klinic.
