How do I access Calm in the Storm?

Call us at 204-784-4059 or email counsellingintake@klinic.mb.ca. From there, we’ll schedule an initial appointment to determine your eligibility.

Sessions are at 167 Sherbrook St. or virtual.


Auricular Acupuncture

Auricular acupuncture involves placing small needles in the ear. This technique can help with anxiety, addiction, chronic pain, and trauma. This relaxing treatment can improve focus, reduce cravings, and promote calm.

Who is Auricular Acupuncture for?

You are 18 years of age or older and looking to deal with anxiety, pain, or cravings.

How do I access Auricular Acupuncture?

Join our sessions two days a week at 167 Sherbrook St.:

  • Mondays 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.
  • Thursdays at 2 – 3 p.m.

Check in at reception and complete a brief registration form. Please note: Auricular Acupuncture will be cancelled Dec. 22, 25 and Jan. 1.


Yoga (for Klinic clients only)

Yoga connects mind, body, and spirit through safe and positive poses. Klinic offers free weekly yoga sessions to help clients improve physical and mental well-being in a supportive environment.

Who is Yoga for?

Klinic clients 18 years of age and older who are looking to improve their physical and emotional well-being.
