- Choose the care that is right for you.

- Treat others with dignity and respect.
- Take part in your care.
- Not discriminate against others.
- Help keep others safe and well.
- Respect the privacy of others.
- Respect different opinions.
- Ask questions and stay informed.
- Use your choices responsibly.
- Speak up if you feel unsafe or mistreated.

At Klinic, we take concerns seriously. If something doesn’t feel right, please tell us. We aim to resolve complaints quickly, respectfully, and fairly.
You can:
- Speak directly with your service provider.
