You can talk about anything—big or small. If you’re struggling, our crisis lines are here to help.

A counsellor will listen, provide support, offer coping strategies, and connect you with other helpful services if needed.

It’s a standard question. We recognize that feelings of crisis can create thoughts of suicide and we want to talk about your experiences. If you’re not having thoughts of suicide, we’ll move on. If you are, we’ll talk and support you.
