Suicide Bereavement Counselling
Losing someone to suicide can be a shocking, confusing and deeply painful experience. The grieving process is often complicated and may be difficult to share with those around you.
Speaking with a counsellor in 1:1 sessions or participating in a group with others who have also lost someone to suicide can be helpful.
Suicide Bereavement Counselling: Who it’s for and how it works
Our program is for anyone age 18 and older who has lost someone important to them to suicide.
Your story, your choice. Grief is personal, and so is the way you heal. Our services are here to support you in a way that fits your needs. Remember, mental healthcare is normal, and it’s okay to seek help.
Our program includes both individual and group counselling options:
- Individual counselling: Provides one-on-one support with a trained counsellor. It’s a good choice if you prefer private sessions to explore your grief and healing at your own pace.
- Group counselling: Allows you to connect with others who have also lost someone to suicide. It’s a great option if you want to share your experiences and receive support from others who understand what you’re going through.
