Teen Klinic
Teen Klinic is a safe space where youth aged 12-23 can get the support and care they need. Whether you have questions, worries, or just want to talk—we’re here to listen. No judgment, just help. Plus, you don’t need your parents’ permission to come, and everything stays private.
Teen Klinic: Who it’s for and how it works
Teen Klinic is for anyone 12-22 looking for a no-judgment spot to take care of their health. You won’t be judged for who you are, how you look, or who you love. You can come to us for things like:
- Birth control and pregnancy testing.
- STI testing and free condoms.
- Mental health support for sadness, anxiety, or stress.
- General medical care for illness, rashes, or infections.
- Prenatal care or abortion referrals.
- Vaccines, nutrition info, and more.
Not sure where to start? Just come in and talk to us! You don’t need your parent’s permission to come. You can also bring a friend, parent, or trusted adult if you want.
Teen Klinic is open Monday evenings from 4:00–8:00 p.m. at our 167 Sherbrook St location.
- Walk-in care is first come, first served.
- A few appointments can be booked ahead by calling 204-784-4090. Our last appointment will be held half an hour before closing.
Everything you share is private. We won’t contact anyone about your visit unless we’re concerned about your safety.
What to bring:
- Your legal name (the one on your health card).
- A phone number where we can reach you if we need to follow up (for test results or medication only).
Reach out to our front desk at 204-784-4090.
