This half-day workshop explores the impacts of systemic anti-Trans discrimination and offers practical strategies to create inclusive, affirming, and supportive care environments. Participants will gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to work respectfully, compassionately, and effectively with transgender and gender-diverse individuals in real-world health care settings.
