Construction Update (March 2020)

It may seem like our move to 167 Sherbrook is far away (Summer 2020) but we are in the home stretch! We are excited to show you the final results when we are ready to open. Here are a few construction updates: In Klinic’s Health Services and Reception Areas, on the first floor:

Mechanical / electrical rough ins are now complete
Electrical cables are being pulled and HVAC is 99% complete
Aluminum door frames have been installed
Installation of the elevator is near completion

On the second floor:

Second floor steel stud framing is complete
Mechanical and electrical rough ins 90% complete
Second floor is drywalled and taping is 50% complete

In the south part of the building, framing and drywall is complete and painting has started. If you have any questions about 167 Sherbrook, please email building@klinic.mb.ca. We look forward to continuing to update this space regularly, as we get closer to our move date!
