Flu Shots Available at Klinic

All Manitobans over the age of 6 months are eligible for the seasonal flu vaccine at no charge. If you want to receive a flu shot at Klinic please call our front desk at 204-784-4090 to schedule an appointment in our flu clinic. Anyone eligible for vaccine is welcome to book an appointment.   Prepare for your visit: Please print and complete the attached consent form before you come and bring it to you appointment.
