February 23, 2022
In solidarity with the Manitoba Harm Reduction Network, today Klinic sent a letter to Councillor Cindy Gilroy to express our support for the City of Winnipeg motion to make Winnipeg an exemption city for drug possession. We see a city-wide exemption as a step in the right direction toward moving drug policy out of a criminalized sphere and into the realm of health and social services.
