Trans Health Klinic Notice to Community

May 19, 2023
The Trans Health Klinic recently became aware of a disruption in the referral process for some gender-affirming top surgery consultations. We recognize the impact this may have on you and the additional challenges it may present. Please know that we are here to support you during this time, and we are actively working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Remember, you are not alone on this journey. If you have questions about your surgical referral, please call Klinic Community Health at (204) 784-4090 and ask to talk to the Trans Health Klinic Medical Assistant or follow the automated prompts. We are experiencing higher than normal call volume, but we will do our best to return your call in 1-2 business days. We understand that access to appropriate healthcare is a fundamental right, and we are committed to ensuring that you receive the care you deserve. Our team is diligently collaborating with medical professionals to expedite the referral process wherever possible and minimize any further delays. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and assure you that your well-being remains our top priority.
