- Extended Hours Primary Care Clinics: Evening, weekend, and holiday medical care for minor health concerns.

Mental health
- Huddle: Safe drop-in space for youth aged 12 to 29. Provides free health services that are trauma-informed and culturally safe.
- Manitoba Adolescent Treatment Centre: Programs for kids, teens, and families offer treatment choices that range from short-term to long-term. Referrals accepted from parents, doctors, or self.
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with Mindfulness: Free online course for those 18 and older. Helps build resilience and improve mental wellness.
- Bounce Back: Free coaching program for adults and youth aged 13 and up. This program helps manage low mood, depression, anxiety, stress, and worry.
Sexual health
- Sexual Assault Crisis Program: Help for anyone 16+ who has experienced sexual assault.
- Project Choices: Free program on alcohol, sex, and birth control.
- Teen Klinic: Primary care, including sexual and reproductive health for ages 12-22.
- STI Klinic: Non-judgmental, sex-positive STI care.
