Mental health

  • Huddle: Safe drop-in space for youth aged 12 to 29. Provides free health services that are trauma-informed and culturally safe.
  • Manitoba Adolescent Treatment Centre: Programs for kids, teens, and families offer treatment choices that range from short-term to long-term. Referrals accepted from parents, doctors, or self.
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with Mindfulness: Free online course for those 18 and older. Helps build resilience and improve mental wellness.
  • Bounce Back: Free coaching program for adults and youth aged 13 and up. This program helps manage low mood, depression, anxiety, stress, and worry.
