Craving Change

Three 2-hour sessions

Craving Change is for people who would like to improve their relationship with food and adopt healthier eating habits.

In this program you will:

  • Learn about what influences your food choices.
  • Change your thinking to change your eating.
  • Learn to comfort yourself without food.

Note:  there is a workbook that costs $10 that is used during class and is yours to keep after the class.  Please bring $10 to the first class.  If you cannot afford this workbook at this time please let us know by calling the registration info line.
