In Crisis? 
Good Morning Everyone,
For Wednesday, April 13th we will have the following adjustments to our services:
Health Services
- We will be closing our front desk, health services and drop-in at 1:00 p.m. but all virtual appointments will continue to happen with your health care provider throughout the day.
- Any in-person appointment after 1:00 p.m. will be rescheduled, if possible.
- Our lab will be open until 1:00 p.m. today.
- STI Klinic will be closed for tonight and Thursday.
Crisis Lines
- Are currently disrupted, our crisis line is working, but all other lines are affected.
Counselling Services
- Our counselling team will be working remotely and will still be providing virtual appointments to clients.
Drop-In Counselling
- If you have an appointment booked for Wednesday that is virtual, that will continue. For any appointments booked by 1:00 p.m. today will proceed, but otherwise this will be closed.
Sexual Assault Program – In-Hospital Advocates
- During this time, we will be unable to go out to the hospital but anticipate to resume when it is safe to do so.
Please know that we will continue to assess the situation to ensure we are taking the best course of action to keep our community safe and you informed. Please check back to the Klinic website and our social media accounts for updates.
Please note that the Klinic office is closed beginning Friday, April 15th, returning to normal operations on Tuesday, April 19th.
