COVID-19 UPDATES

Klinic is doing everything we can to keep our community safe while accessing much needed services. In an effort to protect you during your visit to Klinic, the following precautions are currently in effect at Klinic:

  • Prior to your scheduled appointment, please review the COVID-19 screening questions here.
  • Arrive 5 minutes before your appointment and please come alone or with a limited number of persons.
  • When entering the building, you will be greeted by a screener who will ask you COVID-19 screening questions and ask you to sanitize your hands.
    • If you screen positive for COVID-19:
      • For Counselling Appointments: your appointment will be converted to a phone appointment or rescheduled for a later time when you are not symptomatic.
      • For Medical Appointments: a Medical Assistant will room you right away for your appointment
  • After screening, our screeners will provide you with a new, clean, medical grade mask to wear. We understand that some visitors to Klinic may prefer to continue wearing their KN95 or similar mask. In these instances, you will be asked to wear the medical-grade mask over your KN95 or similar mask. Doing this will help to ensure that we are meeting the respiratory protection standards in place. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • Masks are required to be worn at all times when indoors at Klinic.
  • We are still practicing social distancing, so while in our facility, please maintain a minimum of 6 feet from people who are not within your household.

We want to thank you for your cooperation in helping to keep our community safe.
