Who is Trans Health Klinic for?

  • We provide care to Trans individuals 16+  years of age seeking transitioning care (hormone start and surgery) living in Manitoba
  • We provide care to all individuals who fall under the Transgender and/or Non-binary umbrella: inclusive of Two-spirit, Agender, Bigender, Genderqueer, Gender fluid, and more. All are welcome!
  • We DO NOT provide primary, urgent, or emergent care

How to access this service:

  • Self-refer by completing the Registration Form on the Community webpage or at Klinic. Drop your Registration Form in person or mail it to Klinic
  • Your family doctor or nurse practitioner can refer you
  • For additional information and support, contact the Trans Health Klinic Peer Support Worker at 204-784-4016
